The Location hereby grants to 4 The Local the right to advertise discounts and promotions for 4 The Local members on social media platforms. The Location also must grant these discounts to 4 The Local Members that are in good standing with their memberships. Members will have to show that they are in good standing with their membership by showing a digital proof of identification to a representative from the location.
Upon the conditions and covenants following:

1. 4 The Local the right to advertise, as set forth above shall run for a period of one (1) year, beginning on the date of this agreement. This agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive terms of one (1) year each unless at least forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration date, one of the parties hereto has notified the other party in writing that it does not wish to renew this agreement.
2. 4 The Local shall inspect and make reasonable efforts to maintain in good condition its property located on Location’s premises; installed signage and fixtures shall remain the property and responsibility of 4 The Local.
3. 4 The Local will make its best effort to maintain its website and social media platforms in which we will promote your specials and discounts as advertised. Permission to use your logo of photo from the Internet or social media.
4. In return for the discounts provided to 4 The Local, the Location shall receive compensation in the following manner:
   1. One promotion per week placed on our Groups page, by the location, at NO CHARGE.
   2. 30% of 4 The Local membership fees will go to Local charities, Supporting locals in our area.
   3. The owner of the location will receive a Free yearly membership.
5. This writing contains the entire agreement of the parties. No misrepresentations were made or relied upon by either party other than those that are expressly set forth. No agent, employee, or other representative of either party is empowered to alter any of the terms hereof, unless done in writing and signed by an executive officer of the respective parties.
6. The validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall be controlled by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan.
